MOST POPULAR FASHION BRANDS OF 2020 - IT LIST

Do you remember the time Valentino's studded sneakers and sandals were so popular everyone was wearing them? Do you remember your obsession to have a Chloe Faye bag when you were lost in Songofstyle's Chloe filled outfits instagram feed? If we go way too far back, do you remember when Tom Ford was working for Gucci in 2000s and those Gucci bamboo sandals and logo canvas shoulder bags? All celebs were wearing them. And remember all the bags Olsen twins and Lindsay Lohan carried in late 2000s early 2010s? They were so hype and they had IT moment of those brands, sold out etc. And what? What are we hyping now? What is our wish-list dream clothes/bags/shoes now? Nobody is obsessed with these brands now.  Nowadays people are dreaming to buy hot pieces from Bottega Veneta. People are checking new brands like Cult Gaia, Staud, Jacquemus and Khaite. These are the new obssession. These are über-hot brands!

It girls change, Instagrammers of the moment change, new faces come and go, we unfollow the ones that does not inspire us anymore. IT-bags change, shoe of the season changes... Trends change so does the brands and faces...

I recently thought about I am not interested in what Isabel Marant, Iro, Valentino have in store for SS2020. Despite I am a huge devotee of Isabel Marant. She has the most beautiful and useful iconic timeless pieces in stores. But minimalism thing got me. Boho-chic is kinda out! Simple chic is the new black!

My dream brands? Hot of the season? Bottega Veneta! Bottega Venetahhh! I am more obsessed with new upcoming designers like Cult Gaia, Khaite, Jacquemus and Staud. Their bags and shoes are to die for. I am obsessed with total looks  of Khaite from NYFW. #ootd

Kate Moss and Sienna Miller were boho- style icons of 2010s but not anymore. Thee trend is not boho chic anymore. With the girlpower, its all about blazers, suits, constructed structured cuts and silhouettes. Minimalistic but cool and expensive looks. Sleek looks... In 2000s it was all so sexy. There's a comeback of many 2000s and 90s trends and I love it. Archives are what we live for. Vintage magazines rock, especially 90s and early 2000s issues of Seventeen, Vogue, Instyle, Cosmo, Elle, Harpers Bazaar... I am wearing distressed and cut-off jeans this spring. My current style icon and spring 2020 personal style inspiration is 90s Mariah Carey.

Makeup inspo? 2000s makeup and cult products I was using or obsessing in 2000s aka millenium era. Paris Hilton's makeup in The Simple Life series is everything.
